No previous recruitment experience is required. We are looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with clients and candidates

• Sourcing candidates through social media, job boards and networking

• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish

• Negotiating job offers and terms of business

• Attending client meetings and networking events

• Providing advice on salaries, market trends and career opportunities

From day one as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will join our dedicated Training Academy and receive hands-on coaching from experienced recruitment professionals. Our tailored training programme is designed to support your progression from Trainee Recruitment Consultant through to senior leadership roles.
