Our companyHands-On Healthcare are a Leeds based company supplying temporary and permanent healthcare staff throughout Yorkshire & Humberside and the Midlands. This is a full time post with full time hours Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Responsibilities- Recruiting new candidates (to be able to sell the business to the candidates)
- Vet and interview candidates
- Ensure new candidates are compliant to work
- Ensure candidates are up to date regarding DBS and Training
- Book training and send off DBS
- Keep an organised routine regarding candidate’s compliance
- Organise office calendar
- Motivated and ambitious
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Target Driven – you will be set a monthly target regarding getting new candidates into the business
- Full time hours (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)
