Harris & Co is an international Executive Search firm specialising in senior-level recruitment across the US market.

With offices in Leeds and Dubai, and plans to open our first US office in September 2027, we're continuing to grow and looking for ambitious graduates to join our Leeds team, with opportunities for immediate starts and our January and June 2027 intakes.

Our Leeds office hires exclusively at graduate and entry level, with a strong focus on developing our own talent. Every director at Harris & Co joined the business at entry level and has progressed through the company.

We have a proven training programme, a team of high-performing consultants and plenty of opportunities for individuals looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.

You'll be working within the US market, building relationships with senior-level professionals and businesses across specialist industries.

• Identifying and building relationships with senior-level and C-suite candidates across the US.
• Developing relationships with clients to understand their hiring requirements and growth plans.
• Proactively sourcing, approaching and interviewing candidates.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversations through to offer negotiation and placement.
• Building your own network within a specialist market.
• Working towards individual targets and developing your own client base.

No previous recruitment experience is required. You'll receive full training and ongoing support from experienced consultants and directors.
