HR Advisor

I am currently supporting a client of mine with their search for a HR Advisor. This is a true generalist role, where working as part of the broader people team you will work closely with the business to provide practical advice and guidance, build strong working relationships and help to shape a positive workplace culture. You'll provide support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, organisational change and continuous improvement, throughout which you will champion core values and help to create a fair, consistent and positive working environment.

Below is an overview of the key things you will support with:
Recruitment & Resourcing - managing the end-to-end process, scoping out roles through to advertising, selection and managing the onboarding process; advising Managers on recruitment best practice Employee relations - providing practical advice to Managers on a variety of ER matters, including absence, performance and organisational change Management development - coaching and delivering training to Managers in order to improve management capability;

working with the business to ensure this learning translates into more effective people management HR data - assisting with the production of reports for Board, HR data analysis and identifying trends to inform decision making Contributing to the delivery of HR projects Supporting with the review and continuous improvement of HR policies This is an ideal role for a confident and resilient HR generalist who is solutions-focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
