Autonomy/Trust As a key Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer within the team, you will be trusted to take ownership of complex technical components, contribute to architectural and process decisions, and play a crucial role in the success of the project. Your expertise will directly influence how solutions are built and evolved as part of a collaborative team.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience with deep expertise in D365 Finance & Operations development, including X++, extensions, data entities, and customization of core finance modules (GL, journals, posting, financial dimensions, intercompany), plus performance tuning, large datasets, and data migration.
• Strong experience with D365 tools and Dev Ops practices, including Visual Studio, LCS, Azure Dev Ops (CI/C), unit testing (Sys Test), debugging, workflows, security roles, SSRS reporting, batch processing, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Advanced integration expertise across D365 Finance, using REST APIs, DMF, OData, and Azure integration services (Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid), with secure financial data handling, monitoring, ETL processes, and troubleshooting distributed, event‑driven systems.
