This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail‑oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding client experiences in a fast‑paced IT environment. Reporting to the Head of IT Service Operations, the Client Services Administrator will support the business by managing service requests, maintaining compliance, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administration, including raising tickets, liaising with clients and internal teams, and fulfilling order requests with suppliers.
- Ensure all work meets SLA thresholds for enquiries, requests, and problems.
- Deliver the best possible customer experience, maintaining highest satisfaction levels.
- Act professionally, respecting confidentiality, security, personal attitude, communication, and presentation.
- Demonstrate behaviours in line with Jungle IT values.
- Apply health and safety procedures and policies consistently.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 standards.
- Collaborate flexibly with colleagues and customers across all services.
- Document and update systems with accurate procedural information.
- Maintain personal development in relevant skill areas.
- Provide feedback on risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Respond to client requests and action them within SLAs.
- Administer client device portfolios according to customer requirements.
- Organise logistics of client devices and assist with device builds.
- Ensure accurate data entry into CRM systems.
- Maintain ongoing liaison with clients.
- Escalate tickets to higher support levels when required.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues at all times.
- Report non‑conformance and drive continuous improvement via Connect Wise.
- Maintain high‑standard compliance processes and meet certification requirements.
- Uphold information‑security policies, reporting breaches to management.
