This is an outstanding opportunity for a sales specialist or subject matter expert (SME) in Modern Work to join our dynamic team, bringing specialist insight and adding tangible value by proactively selling Modern Work services into existing accounts. You will leverage strong working relationships with sales colleagues across multiple teams, ensuring our solutions are not only expertly designed and delivered, but also closely aligned with the evolving needs of our clients.

The Role
  • Modern Work is a critical component of the sales portfolio within TIEVA and offers market‑leading solutions to our customers to cover all aspects of TIEVA’s end‑point portfolio. We are seeking a sales specialist to drive and deliver client engagements in these areas.

The Role
  • Work as an overlay with internal sales team to identify, qualify, and pursue Modern Work sales opportunities within the UK market, aligning with account managers and existing trading accounts.
  • Lead the design deployment, and optimisation of cutting‑edge Modern Work solutions for clients across a diverse range of sectors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating customer requirements into tailored, market‑leading solutions focused on enhancing productivity and cost optimisation.
  • Work closely with internal sales, technical, and project‑management teams to ensure seamless delivery from initial consultation through to implementation and ongoing managed services.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date with industry developments, new technologies, and emerging trends in both Modern Work usage and end‑point solutions.
  • Drive customer engagement through demonstrations, presentations, and hands‑on solution workshops, helping clients unlock greater value from their investment.
  • Champion innovation, identifying opportunities to integrate new products, platforms, and approaches that set TIEVA apart in the marketplace.
  • Support pre‑sales activities, including solution scoping, proposal development, and technical documentation, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Position adoption & change management as part of every Modern Work sale.
  • Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities in security, compliance, collaboration, and cloud services.
The Candidate Required Experience
  • Strong background in Modern Work sales, with experience selling Microsoft 365 and end‑point solutions.
  • Experience building and closing multi‑stage deals that include licences, services and managed services such as Managed M365, Managed Endpoint and service desk.
  • Hands‑on experience selling Microsoft 365 / Modern Work solutions (e.g. Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive, security & compliance features, Copilot) within a Microsoft partner, MSP or VAR environment.
  • Experience selling Microsoft‑funded workshops, assessments, or proof‑of‑concepts.
  • Understanding of related technologies such as Azure AD/Entra , Intune, Defender, and Viva.
  • Strong understanding of common customer scenarios:
    • Hybrid working and collaboration
    • Secure productivity and endpoint management
  • Email and file server migration to M365.
  • Information protection, DLP, basic compliance needs.
  • Ability to run business‑level conversations with IT and non‑IT stakeholders (CIO, CFO, HR, Operations, etc.).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an IT Sales role.
  • Proven track record in selling and hitting targets.
  • Consultative sales skills.
  • Proven track record of working with Account Management sales teams.
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Results oriented.
