We’re looking for a Senior Digital Strategist to join our team - someone who can connect insight, creativity, and commercial thinking to help shape strategies that truly move the needle for our clients. You’ll play a pivotal role across both Digital Experience (DX) and Performance Marketing, working closely with Account Directors, Creative, and Performance teams to uncover opportunities, define strategies, and guide decisions that drive measurable impact.

You’ll be hands-on with research, data, and discovery - but equally comfortable helping steer workshops, craft strategic narratives, and shape campaign propositions. Whether it’s a full digital transformation or a tactical campaign, you’ll help ensure our work is grounded in insight, emotionally intelligent, and commercially effective.

What you'll do

Strategic discovery & insight

  • Lead and deliver 4C situational analyses (Consumer, Category, Company, and Culture) to build a rounded understanding of the strategic landscape.
  • Work alongside Account Directors to plan and run immersion sessions that uncover client ambitions, challenges, audiences, and future roadmaps.
  • Support and lead stakeholder interviews as part of Enjoy’s discovery phase - capturing and synthesising perspectives into actionable insight.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources (analytics, surveys, CRM, social listening, search, and performance data) to uncover key insights and opportunities - With the support of research & data specialists within the wider team/agency.
  • Turn complex information into simple, compelling narratives that help clients see clarity in their challenges and opportunities.
  • Join the dots across data, insight, and creative opportunity to define overarching brand, campaign, or channel strategies.
  • Support the development of customer journeys, messaging frameworks, and content strategies that align with the client’s business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Performance teams to shape campaign propositions and go-to-market ideas that balance brand and activation.
  • Input into the definition of KPIs and measurement frameworks to ensure strategies are both ambitious and accountable.
  • Contribute to Enjoy’s own IP - tools, frameworks, and methodologies that enhance our strategic practice.
  • Work alongside Account Directors to lead quarterly QBRs, proactively review in-play strategies, and feed into annual client roadmaps.
  • Ensure strategic recommendations evolve in response to new data, changing market conditions, and audience behaviour.
  • Act as a trusted advisor - not just responding to briefs, but helping shape them.
  • Bring relevant thought leadership, inspiration, and competitive insight to client conversations.

Thought leadership & agency contribution

  • Be proactively immersed in your clients’ worlds - staying ahead of cultural, behavioural, and industry shifts.
  • Share learning and thought leadership internally to inspire teams and elevate strategic thinking across the agency.
  • Contribute to Enjoy’s visibility through POVs, articles, webinars, and talks, helping build our reputation as a strategic agency partner.
Skills and experience
  • 7+ years’ experience in strategic planning, digital strategy, or insight-led marketing roles.
  • Strong experience working across both digital experience (CX/UX) and performance marketing environments.
  • Proven ability to lead discovery and strategy projects from research through to execution.
  • Confident in data interpretation, audience segmentation, and insight synthesis.
  • Excellent storyteller - able to translate complex data and thinking into simple, persuasive narratives.
  • Collaborative and naturally curious, with a passion for uncovering what really drives people and brands.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
  • Familiar with key tools and platforms (GA4, Hotjar, SEMrush, Brandwatch, survey tools, social listening platforms).
  • Able to balance creative inspiration with commercial practicality.
