What Youll Do As a Programme Test Manager , you will:
Provide strategic and technical leadership across complex test programmes. Define and implement test strategies that balance technical and business risk within diverse delivery environments. Advise on testing processes, frameworks, tools, and best practices. Lead the implementation of scalable test automation frameworks and continuous testing capabilities. Stay abreast of emerging trends in delivery and quality engineering, applying new practices where appropriate.

Oversee test activities across multiple work streams, vendors, and methodologies. Work closely with delivery teams to guide and support without driving day-to-day operations.

What Were Looking For We're looking for a confident and experienced professional with: A solid background in managing and delivering effective testing programmes. The ability to work strategically and technically across varied delivery contexts. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A deep understanding of modern testing practices and tooling. Exposure to continuous delivery, microservices, containerization, and Dev Ops principles. Bonus

Skills:

Experience in Model-Based Development techniques. Proficiency in Simulink and MATLAB for system simulation and testing. Familiarity with aerospace, defence, or engineering domains is highly advantageous.
