We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our OT cybersecurity team, providing essential support for our enterprise infrastructure and assets. This role ensures the security, stability and compliance of our OT systems, working closely with specific OT teams to deliver a unified, resilient cybersecurity environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in infrastructure management, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, supporting our organization's digital assets across enterprise-wide systems.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and support enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices.
- Manage end-user devices, applications, and remote access solutions.
- Implement and oversee endpoint security, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Support backup, disaster recovery and data integrity initiatives.
- Collaborate on network segmentation, security policies and system upgrades.
- Manage and document IT systems in OT Technology, configurations and procedures.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives such as IAM, endpoint detection and vulnerability management.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, regulatory standards and internal SOPs.
- Work closely with OT teams to align security policies and support cross-functional projects.
- Handle IT service requests, incident response, and ongoing system monitoring.
- Proven experience in enterprise IT support, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of server and storage solutions (Windows/Linux, SAN/NAS).
- Experience with network solutions (Switches, Routers, VLANs, VPNs).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and practices (firewalls, EDR, vulnerability management).
- Understanding of GxP and regulatory compliance in IT environments.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA/CCNP) are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and security.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Proactive problem solver with a support-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of GxP data handling and site-specific SOPs.
