Implementation Consultant

Overview

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful onboarding of new and existing customers onto the Simpro Group suite of products. You will deliver consistent, high-quality implementations and training, helping customers adopt the platform effectively and achieve maximum value. You will optimise the implementation journey by following and continuously improving established processes, leveraging our CRM (Salesforce) to accurately document activity and communication.

Working closely with customers, you will consult to understand their business needs, strategically plan implementations and deliver both onsite and virtual training tailored to those needs. You will also conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure systems are fully optimised and customers are satisfied and confident in their use of Simpro Group products.
