Sr. Automation Test Analyst with Playwright Experience

Leeds, UK – 3 Days travel to Office – MANDATORY

Requirement:

-

5/10 years of exhaustive experience as a tester or senior tester with the following

skills and experience. Must have growth mindset, good communication and a team

player.

API Testing & RESTful API Knowledge: Designing/executing API tests using Postman, Cypress; deep understanding of RESTful APIs (request/response, status codes, authentication).

Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies: Includes knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and various testing types (functional, regression, integration, unit, system). Test Case Management:
Proficient in designing test cases, executing tests, identifying defects, and verifying fixes.

Knowledge of agile practices:
Understanding of agile principles and experience working in an agile team (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), along with ability to collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other team members to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality software delivery

within iterative development cycles.

AWS Familiarity: Experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, EC2, Cloud Watch) in test environments. SQL Expertise:
Validating data and back-end testing using SQL; writing complex queries for functional/integration testing.

Defect Management: Tracking, prioritizing, reporting bugs, and root cause

analysis.

Quality Assurance: Promoting quality standards and contributing to a culture

of quality across teams.

Collaboration Tools: Familiar with Git Hub (version control) and Jira

CI/CD Integration: Integrating automated tests into pipelines (Git Hub Actions,

Performance/Security Testing (optional): Exposure to JMeter or any other

security testing tools.
