Axon Moore are working exclusively with a growing consumer-focused digital brand who are seeking a Paid Social Specialist to help drive the growth of its online marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, operational role with a strong focus on performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience running paid social campaigns, a technical and analytical mindset, and a genuine interest in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across Facebook & Instagram and other platforms such as Tik Tok, Pinterest, or Snapchat.
Manage campaigns across the full funnel, from prospecting to retargeting, with a focus on performance and ROI.
Support management of large-scale budgets, ensuring efficient spend and achievement of performance targets.
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights using platform and third-party data.
Conduct structured testing across audiences, platforms, and bidding strategies to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the creative team to implement fresh, high-performing campaign assets.
Troubleshoot technical and performance issues in a logical, problem-solving manner.
Work closely with internal teams to align paid social campaigns with wider marketing objectives.
Contribute to the development of paid social best practices, processes, and documentation.
Support reporting and updates for key stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years of hands-on paid social experience.
Strong experience managing social media campaigns at scale, ideally with significant annual budgets.
Knowledge of product feeds, dynamic ads, and catalogue campaigns.
Strong technical understanding of paid social, including campaign structure, optimisation, pixel tracking, audiences, and creative performance.
Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable making decisions based on performance metrics.
Excellent Excel, reporting, and presentation skills.
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Desirable Experience

Experience in consumer-focused digital brands or e-commerce is a plus.
Exposure to additional paid social platforms (Tik Tok, Pinterest, Snapchat).
Experience collaborating with creative teams on performance-focused campaigns.
Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 or Google Analytics.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a small team.
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Commercially minded with a clear understanding of performance KPIs
