As our new Application Support Analyst for E-commerce, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our goal. You’ll be supporting our E-commerce applications in a fast-paced, time-critical environment. You’ll ensure that incidents are dealt with swiftly and professionally, respond to support tickets to resolve technical issues and provide guidance on best practices.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Look after the day-to-day operation of our E-Commerce websites -  and Jet2holidays along with all our backend systems.
  • Be responsible for handling, prioritising and processing incidents and requests to ensure the continued operation of the E-Commerce platform.
  • Manage requests through to completion, resolving or escalating in a timely manner to ensure that Service Levels are adhered to.
What You’ll Have
  • Demonstrable experience in application support, software troubleshooting or technical customer support
  • Comfortable diagnosing issues across web, server and database tiers (SQL knowledge is preferred)
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented with a drive to problem solve incidents efficiently and accurately.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, incident management or ticketing systems.
  • Confidence to manage multiple incoming requests and prioritise tasks effectively.
