Position: Customer Onboarding Executive (Staffology Payroll)

Join our IRIS Staffology team and help customers modernise the way they run payroll.

If you’re passionate about helping customers succeed, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.

Your work will directly influence customer confidence, satisfaction, and long‑term success with IRIS.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintaining a strong understanding of accountancy and payroll workflows to support both customers and colleagues.
  • Occasionally travelling for on‑site client work or internal team meetings.
What we’re looking for

  • A natural problem‑solver with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, practical steps for customers.
  • Enthusiastic about technology and excited to help customers modernise how they work.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
