Development and management of the Basic Crewing Requirement and Watch and Station Bill. Weekly

Provide technical recommendations to decision makers. Quarterly

System reviews to provide assurance requirements and Design Specification are being followed. Monthly

• Tech – experience working with developers etc
• Engineering background would be ideal but must have an understanding of the tech landscapes
• 3-5+ years’ experience

• Demonstrate great communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver to timescales, and the ability to build strong working relationships within and outside of the team.
• Understand and apply agile working practices within the Software Development Lifecycle, taking an active role in the associated ceremonies and tasks.
• A confidence and desire to contribute new ideas and better ways of working within both the UX capability and project environment.
• Be comfortable working directly with customers and be able to travel to other Client’s and Customer offices.
• Show high levels of diplomacy and pragmatism when faced with difficulty and conflict, both with clients and colleagues.
• Have an awareness and interest in new information technology and its deployment to solve business problems.
• Harbour a good understanding of the core business analysis competencies with the ability to demonstrate and apply associated methodologies and tools to meet client needs.

• At least 3+ years’ experience in IT, Design, Analysis or Software Development.
• Educated to degree level or an equivalent qualification or have relevant work experience.
• Ability to learn and become skilled in a range of collaboration software.
• Strong problem solving skills, communication and desire for self-improvement.
• Knowledge and experience of the agile methodologies, data analysis and modelling.
• Competent using Microsoft tools.
• Able to work at other Client’s locations and on client site when required.
