IFS Developer

We are searching for an experienced IFS Developer to support a newly funded project requiring immediate specialist resource. This role will play a vital part in delivering critical integration and data activities between IFS and a newly introduced third-party system, supporting a time-sensitive programme of work.

Due to internal capacity constraints, the client is seeking an external specialist who can quickly engage and take ownership of technical integration tasks, with a strong focus on APIs, data flows, and interfacing.

• Design, configure, and support integrations between IFS and third-party systems using IFS APIs
• Develop and support data flows and interface connections, ensuring accurate and reliable data exchange
• Carry out data mapping activities across systems, particularly within manufacturing and shop order processes
• Support API requests and responses for interfacing data, including debugging and issue resolution
• Develop and support data migration scripts where required, ensuring data integrity
• Provide technical support during integration testing, troubleshooting interface and data issues
• Support technical deployment activities related to updates in test environments
• Work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to enable successful system connectivity
• Adapt to additional technical tasks as the project evolves
