IT Programme Manager – Cyber Risk Reduction​/ISO

We’re recruiting an experienced IT Programme Manager to lead a major Cyber Risk Reduction workstream, with a strong emphasis on ISO
27001
, governance, and enterprise‑level cyber planning. This role requires someone who can operate strategically while driving delivery across multiple work streams. Candidates must be within a commutable distance of Greater Leeds.

• Cyber Planning & Governance: Define the cybersecurity roadmap, prioritise work streams, and establish governance, reporting, and decision‑making structures.
• Programme Delivery: Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of complex cyber initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• ISO
  27001 Alignment: Ensure programme activities meet regulatory and control framework requirements, managing risks, issues, and interdependencies.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for senior leaders (CISO, CIO, HR, etc.), providing clear communication on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Resource & Vendor Management: Manage budgets, allocate resources, and oversee third‑party suppliers to ensure efficient delivery.
• Change Management: Coordinate across IT, security, and business teams to ensure smooth integration of solutions and alignment with organisational change.
