Delivery Partner – High‑Impact Digital Delivery Leadership (NHS experience required)

We are a fast‑growing digital consultancy working across the NHS and wider public sector, and we’re looking for Delivery Partners to lead complex programmes and shape effective delivery strategies. This role suits senior delivery leaders who enjoy working in dynamic environments and want to make a meaningful impact.

NHS delivery experience is essential for this role.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, guide delivery quality and help shape approaches across multiple client engagements. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders, support bids and proposals, and ensure solutions are practical and deliverable. You’ll also mentor teams and contribute to improving our delivery methods.

• Lead delivery across complex NHS programmes
• Develop user‑centred delivery approaches that support client outcomes
• Build strong relationships with NHS stakeholders
• Support bids and presales activity for NHS and public sector work
• Review SoWs for deliverability and commercial soundness
• Mentor teams and promote continuous improvement
• Contribute to capability development and best practice

• Proven experience delivering complex digital programmes within the NHS
• Strong consulting or delivery leadership background
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills
• Strong understanding of Agile ways of working
• Confident reviewing contracts and assessing delivery risks

Some projects require national‑level security clearance.

The role is primarily remote, with occasional UK travel (1–2 times per month).

Travel is fully expensed.
