Brio Digital are supporting a Public Health Consultancy who are looking for four experienced Business Analysts to support delivery across key digital and transformation programmes. The roles sit within a fast-paced,
agile delivery environment
, working closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.

You will play a key role in shaping requirements, improving services, and ensuring solutions meet

the needs of NHS users and patients.

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and user requirements across NHS programmes
• Work closely with product owners, delivery managers, developers, and clinical stakeholders
• Produce high-quality artefacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and business cases
• Support agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews) and maintain well-groomed backlogs
• Facilitate workshops to capture requirements, map current and future state processes, and identify improvements
• Support delivery teams in managing dependencies, risks, and changes
• Ensure requirements align with NHS standards, governance, and delivery objectives
• Proven NHS experience (Trust, ICs, or national programmes)
• MUST have FHIR/HL7 Experience
• Strong background as a Business Analyst in digital or transformation programmes
• Hands‑on experience working in agile delivery environments
• Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinical and non‑clinical users
• Experience producing clear, structured documentation suitable for public sector governance
• Experience working on digital health, data, or platform programmes
• Exposure to national NHS services or multi‑organisation delivery environments
• Familiarity with NHS governance, assurance, or service standards
