This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s passionate about SEO, enjoys creating strategies that actually move the needle, and wants to work closely with a collaborative team across paid media, content, social, digital PR and web development.

The role

As an SEO Strategist, you’ll be a key part of the organic performance team, reporting to the Head of SEO and Performance Director. You’ll take ownership of developing and executing KPI-driven SEO strategies, monitor performance, and provide insights that help clients succeed.

What you’ll be doing
  • Developing and implementing SEO strategies with a clear focus on client KPIs
  • Conducting topical research and working with content teams to create search-friendly content
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting on SEO performance using tools like Sistrix, GA4, AHREFS and Looker Studio
  • Conducting technical SEO audits and working with internal/external teams to implement improvements
  • Performing competitor and SERP analysis to identify opportunities

  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and algorithm updates
  • Contributing to the development of business processes and sharing expertise across the team
What they’re looking for
  • 3+ years’ experience in SEO, ideally in an agency setting
  • Strong knowledge of technical, on-page and off-page SEO
  • Experience with ecommerce, informational and B2B clients
  • Excellent analytical, reporting and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable using and evaluating SEO tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Confident communication skills, including presenting to clients
  • Strong time management and planning skills

If you’re someone who loves turning data into action, staying ahead of trends, and seeing the real impact of your work, this is a brilliant chance to join a team where your SEO expertise will be valued and make a difference.
