We operate a structured, performance‑led Amazon business built around a clearly defined in‑house SEO & PPC Playbook that governs how we drive traffic, conversion and rank at scale.
We are hiring an ambitious Amazon UK Marketplace Manager to execute our Playbook across the entire catalogue and lead our category managers to deliver it with precision, consistency and commercial focus.
Key Responsibilities Commercial & Flywheel Ownership- Monitor daily sales vs budget.
- Own account-level TACOS performance.
- Track CTR, CVR, impression share and organic rank movement.
- Analyse SQPD / ICAP funnel metrics at account and ASIN level.
- Identify YoY revenue or visibility drop‑offs.
- Implement structured recovery plans through the team.
- Oversee sponsored products execution delivered by the team x AI
- Ensure correct execution of:
- Top of Search strategies
- Audience & business multipliers
- Rank recovery pushes
- Review weekly campaign performance and course‑correct where needed.
- Ensure visibility growth aligns with profitability targets.
- You will be responsible for setting direction and enforcing standards.
- Lead category managers to execute SEO & PPC SOPs exactly as defined.
- Audit SOP implementation quality at the ASIN level.
- Benchmark trader performance against one another.
- Correct underperformance quickly and directly.
- Build accountability across internal and overseas teams.
- Execution consistency across hundreds of SKUs is critical.
- Ensure 200+ new listings per financial year are launched to Playbook standard.
- Validate keyword indexing and commercial optimisation of new lines
- Monitor launch velocity and ranking acceleration.
- Report monthly on launch performance and contribution.
- YoY Impression Share Growth
- ICAP Funnel Efficiency (CTR & CVR)
- Aged & Excess Stock within Target
- Works with exact precision.
- Is highly analytical, data‑driven and commercially sharp
- Is confident leading others and holding standards.
- 2-4 years’ Amazon UK FBA marketplace experience
- Comfortable operating at scale across hundreds of SKUs.
Strong understanding of:
- Amazon SEO & indexing
- PPC campaign structure and optimisation
- Rank recovery and visibility strategies
- Experience working within structured, SOP‑driven trading environments.
- Experience managing remote or overseas teams.
- Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with performance data.
