About the RoleWere looking for a Client Services & Growth Lead to shape and deliver the strategy for developing and expanding services to our existing client base, and helping to win new clients and projects.
This senior role will work closely with Directors, Project Managers, creative & production teams to identify opportunities, define strategic roadmaps, and implement initiatives that deepen client relationships and drive growth - both with existing clients (new projects) and finding new opportunities (new clients).
A strong understanding of technology (including, but not solely focussed on AI-driven solutions) and digital production workflows is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development, Client Growth & Retention:
- Collaborate with Directors and Project Managers to understand client objectives and propose tailored solutions.
- Drive initiatives that maximise client engagement and revenue through innovative service offerings.
- New Business
- Define and implement a roadmap for evolving our services to meet client needs and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for combining existing and emerging technologies within client projects.
- Billable Strategy work for clients
- Maintain a strong understanding of technologies, (including AI and machine learning applications), and digital production processes.
- Analyse data using Google Analytics and other tools to inform strategic decisions and demonstrate ROI.
- Partner with production teams to ensure new services are technically feasible and aligned with agency capabilities.
- Liaise with leadership to set growth targets and performance metrics.
- Track KPIs such as client satisfaction, revenue growth, and adoption of new services.
- Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in business development, digital strategy and client services, within a UK-based digital agency or similar environment.
- Strong technical understanding of digital production processes and technologies.
- Experience in online campaign management, including knowledge of GTM, GA, AdWords, Linked In (for example)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.
