Digital Content & Merchandising Executive to support the E-Commerce Team, based in its Leeds or London offices. Sales through digital channels are a key part of Shark Ninjas growth strategy and this role offers opportunities to learn and develop a career in this market leading space. You will support the Digital Content and Merchandising team to contribute to developing our digital content and the overall digital consumer experience.

• Upload digital content to our websites
• Support the launch of new products, parts & accessories
• Perform regular content audits to ensure product information and consumer facing content are up to date
• Actively participate in initiatives to drive improvements in digital content and enhance the consumer experience
• Ensure all digital content is uploaded on time
• Collaborate with the Digital Design and Marketing teams to curate engaging content and implement user-generated content across the websites
• Ensure digital content aligns to SEO best practices

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing business needs
• Enthusiasm and a keen interest to learn new skills and take on new tasks
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and use your own initiative
• Comfortable working independently but also as part of a team
• Proficient use of digital asset management systems
• Proficient use of Product Information Management platforms

• Prior experience working on website platforms
• Experience maintaining online content
• Experience with content management systems;
  Salesforce experience is desirable
