We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Operational Standards Analyst.

The role encompasses supporting the operational risk activities across the RSS (Regulatory Standards Support) function.

Responsible for supporting the RSS Operational Standards Manager in the design and implementation of the department’s systems, platforms, MI and Analytic capabilities, mitigating Operational Risk's and applying Internal Controls in accordance with Compliance Policy and FIM requirements.

• Be responsible for executing the day to day business processes of the department.
• Form a close liaison across departments within UK Business Risk, which RSS form part of, in addition to key stakeholders across the wider RBW business.
• Source and prepare analysis/data to aid development of current process, tools, SharePoint, MI, Systems and IT infrastructure across the RSS function.
• Simultaneously support the IT/Systems/Data related aspects across multiple work streams to deliver within SLAs.
• Support the delivery of ad-hoc data requests and insight, in a transparent, prioritised and efficient way, seeking standardisation in line with guidelines and frameworks.
• Align with and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Understand and articulate the projects and/or risks to stakeholders highlighting risks and issues.

• Strong collaborator with proven networking skills.
• Positive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
• Analytical problem‑solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer‑focused team player.
• Advanced IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of SQL/Python (essential).
• Skilled at interpreting complex data.
