We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with experience in the security, gates, CCTV or automation industry. The role will be office‑based in Leeds and involves providing technical support, developing product knowledge and progressing within the internal sales team.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with technical queries and advice on gates, security and CCTV products.
- Produce quotes and coordinate production.
- Handle technical enquiries and provide resolution.
- Participate in full training and career progression programmes.
- Engineering or technology support background within the security, gates, CCTV, automation or a related industry.
- Willingness to undergo full technical training and to progress in an office‑based role.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Competitive salary of £30,000–£35,000 per annum.
