Temporary Facilities Coordinator required in Warrington.
Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
Duties- Improve and simplify existing reports
- Keep reporting formats consistent
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements
- Stakeholder
- Gather reporting needs from the team
- Turn requirements into practical solutions
- Collect feedback and improve tool
- Help implement tools like Power BI
- Create and maintain dashboards
- Support users with basic training
- Ensure data is accurate and up to date
- Review data to support decisions
- Work with teams to keep information current
- Support day-to-day facilities coordination
- Track KPIs and performance
- Assist with audits and compliance reporting
