Early-Stage Fin Tech | Onsite 3–4 Days per Week

We’re working with a fast-growing fintech startup building mission-critical financial infrastructure. They’re early stage, well-funded, and moving quickly — which means they need a Support Engineer who’s comfortable being close to the product, the engineers, and the customers.

This is not a ticket-factory role. You’ll be embedded in the business, solving real problems and helping shape how support is done from the ground up.

• Acting as the first technical point of contact for customers
• Troubleshooting production issues across APIs, backend services, and integrations
• Working closely with engineering to diagnose bugs and improve reliability
• Writing and maintaining internal and external documentation
• Feeding customer insights directly back into product and engineering teams

• Experience in a technical support, support engineering, or SRE-adjacent role
• Strong understanding of web technologies (APIs, HTTP, logs, databases)
• Comfortable debugging issues rather than just escalating them
• Clear communicator — you can explain technical issues to non-technical users
• Happy working onsite 3–4 days per week in a fast-moving startup environment

• Fintech, payments, or financial systems experience
• SQL or scripting experience (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Startup or scale-up background
