Business Intelligence Developer

This is a pivotal role for a BI specialist to lead on custom Power BI solutions for key clients within an established agency. You will move beyond standard marketing metrics and build complex, cross‑functional dashboards helping to integrate sales, e‑commerce, and operational data for a diverse client base.

You’ll be part of an established data team with responsibility for BI dashboards and reports. They’re a forward‑thinking agency with an excellent culture and data strategy that need someone who can act autonomously and really run with their own decisions.

• Design and Build Custom Solutions
  :
  Work closely with clients to design and maintain interactive, white‑labelled Power BI reports tailored to their needs
• Complex Data Integration
  :
  Extract and transform data from varied sources, including SQL databases, Big Query, and marketing platforms, to build scalable relational models.
• Advanced Analytics
  :
  Utilize DAX for custom KPIs and time‑intelligence metrics, while managing RLS (Row‑Level Security) protocols.
• Client Consultation
  :
  Scope requirements directly with stakeholders and translate technical data into actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.

• Experience
  :
  Power BI knowledge, a BI Developer or Analyst background, a real passion for creating the best dashboards possible
• Technical Skills
  :
  In‑depth knowledge of Power BI (Power Query, DAX), SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Adaptability
  :
  Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate unstructured data sets across different industries.
• Nice to Haves
  :
  Familiarity with Python/R for manipulation and experience with cloud warehouses like Big Query or Azure.
