• Strong enterprise networking background (not service provider–siloed)
• Experience in MSP or complex multi‑site environments highly desirable
• Comfortable working autonomously and “grabbing the bull by the horns”
• Broad skillset rather than a narrow specialism
• CCNP / CCIE-level capability welcomed, but certifications are not essential
