The Destination Consultant will be responsible for assisting international assignees and their families in their relocation process, with a focus on providing tailored support and local expertise. Key tasks include orientation tours, support with settling into a new city, assistance with housing searches, coordinating local services, and offering ongoing guidance to ease the transition. Collaboration and communication with the clients and in-house team are essential to ensure high-quality service delivery.

This is a freelance, project based role based in Leeds.

• Strong knowledge of the Leeds area, including housing, schools, transportation, healthcare, and local services
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and cultural sensitivity skills
• Project management, organizational, and time-management abilities
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset
• Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office and relevant applications
• Prior experience in destination services, relocation, or a related customer-focused field is advantageous
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
