DGH Recruitment is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a Leeds-based legal and financial service provider. This permanent role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task. You will be the primary point of contact within the IT Service Desk, ensuring a professional level of support.
Your responsibilities will include managing incident reports, updating records, and alerting senior staff of recurring issues. Prior experience in a law firm and knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 are highly desirable.
