Opportunity to join a major international technology organisation in a senior security leadership role focused on modernising and scaling enterprise security capabilities across cloud, engineering, and operations environments.

This role sits at the intersection of Security Engineering, Security Operations, Cloud Security, and Dev Sec Ops , with a strong focus on building an engineering-led security function capable of supporting a fast-moving, cloud-first business.

You’ll play a key role in driving security transformation initiatives, improving operational maturity, embedding security into engineering practices, and helping the organisation adapt to an evolving AI-driven threat landscape.

• Lead Security Engineering and Security Operations functions
• Drive modern cloud and application security practices
• Improve detection, response, automation, and operational resilience
• Embed security into CI/CD pipelines and software engineering workflows
• Partner closely with platform, infrastructure, and development teams
• Help shape AI-enabled approaches to security operations and tooling
• Develop and scale high-performing security teams across multiple regions

• Senior experience leading Security Operations, Security Engineering, Dev Sec Ops , or Cloud Security functions
• Strong background in cloud-native security environments (AWS prefered)
• Experience with modern security tooling across SIEM, EDR, IAM, vulnerability management, and cloud security platforms
• Strong understanding of secure SDLC, CI/CD security, and engineering enablement
• Experience driving transformation and operational maturity within complex technology organisations
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with technical and operational depth
