In this role, the successful IT Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and further developing the current IT department and functions by overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the IT operations. Managing a small team, this role will play a central and critical part in driving the organisation’s efficiencies, supporting colleagues and implementing secure and future‑focused IT and technology solutions.

This role would suit an experienced IT professional looking to progress in their career or an IT Manager seeking a new challenge.

• Oversee the daily operations of the firm’s network and hybrid server infrastructure
• Ensure IT systems are aligned with current and future business needs
• Manage IT budgets, forecasting and cost‑effectiveness across the function
• Lead on IT risk management, disaster recovery and backup processes
• Implement and maintain network data and communications security
• Other IT management duties as required by the role
