In this role, the successful IT Operations Manager would be responsible for leading and further developing the current IT department and functions by overseeing the day-to-day running of the IT operations. Managing a small team, this role will play a central and critical part in driving the organisation’s efficiencies, supporting colleagues, as well as implementing secure, and future-focused IT and technology solutions.

This role would suit an experienced IT professional perhaps looking to progress their career or even an IT Manager looking for a new challenge.

• Oversee the daily operations of the firm's network and hybrid server infrastructure
• Ensure IT systems are aligned with current and future business needs
• Manage IT budgets, forecasting, and cost-effectiveness across the function
• Lead on IT risk management, disaster recovery, and backup processes
• Implement and maintain network data and communications security
• Other IT management duties as required by the role
