Senior / Principal Technology Recruitment Consultant - US Markets Leeds City Centre | Hybrid (2 days per week) £45,000 to £55,000 basic | 30% commission with no threshold | Profit-based bonus

A profitable, founder‑led technology recruitment business is looking for an experienced 360 recruiter to spearhead its expansion into the US.

This is not a support role on someone else’s desk.

It is the opportunity to build the US market for an established UK business with the infrastructure, reputation and leadership already in place.

The business turns over £5m+ and has a strong track record across software engineering, cloud, data and digital.

• Proven 360 technology recruitment experience.
• Evidence of building and growing specialist desks.
• Commercial ambition and an ownership mindset.

Previous US recruitment experience would be highly attractive but is not essential.
