• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL and tools like Service Now and Jira.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills at multiple organisational levels.

• Own and manage the end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle, including planning, execution, and routes‑to‑live.
• Ensure service readiness, stability, and operational compliance during deployments.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes in line with best practices.
• Lead the resolution of critical, high‑impact technical issues across infrastructure, applications, and platforms.
• Act as a technical escalation point, ensuring root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Work closely with engineering and support teams to troubleshoot complex system integrations and failures.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and client stakeholders to align delivery goals.
• Provide clear, concise communication on delivery progress, risks, and issues.

This is a hybrid role based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, with two days on‑site each week. The position offers a day rate of £550 to £600, depending on experience. We are seeking a hands‑on Implementation Lead / Technical Consultant to drive MSO delivery management, ensure smooth routes‑to‑live, resolve technical challenges, and support the successful delivery of IT and engineering outcomes.
