SAP Finance VIM Functional Consultant

Salary: £36,000 - 60,000 per year

• 5 years of SAP VIM consulting experience
• Strong SAP Finance/AP knowledge
• Experience across full project life cycles and SAP implementations
• Configuration experience with VIM, ICC, Open Text Archive Server, and SAP FI modules
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced delivery environment

• Configure, implement and support Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions
• Drive SAP VIM testing, validation, and end‑to‑end process scenarios
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, and IT teams
• Support invoice automation, workflow management, exception handling, and compliance
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure template adherence and process integrity
• Assist through SIT, UAT, performance testing, go‑live, and post‑production support
