With plans to significantly scale over the next five years, they are strengthening their internal SAP capability with a consultant who can simplify processes, improve data flow and help the organisation operate with greater accuracy and speed.

Your work will influence how products move, how information is shared and how the business supports a wide and growing customer base across the UK.

This is a hands-on and highly visible role within an experienced team that has delivered numerous significant SAP Business One transformations. You’ll have the chance to bring your ideas to life, influence key decisions, and play a meaningful part in the company’s next phase of growth.

• Redesigning business processes across finance, procurement, stock and warehouse operations
• Improving system integrations and rebuilding SAP B1 connections with web platforms and operational tools
• Enhancing stock accuracy and order fulfilment through smarter system logic and data structure
• Taking a key role in upcoming WMS upgrades that will improve day-to-day warehouse performance
• Maintaining a stable and scalable SAP B1 environment that supports high SKU volumes
• Producing meaningful reports and analytics that support better decision making
• Working closely with leaders who want SAP to be a strategic asset, not just a transactional system

This is a role where you can influence how each part of the organisation works, from the warehouse floor to the leadership team.

• Strong experience implementing or optimising SAP Business One.
• Confidence understanding business operations and translating them into practical technical solutions
• Experience with integration tools such as BPA
• Working knowledge of Boyum add-ons and HANA query development
• Reporting experience with tools like Power BI or Crystal Reports is an advantage
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
• Clear communication skills and the ability to guide both users and decision makers
• A proactive mindset and the desire to drive improvement
