• Supporting Project Managers in the delivery of IT and digital projects.
• Coordinating activity across teams to ensure work is aligned and on track.
• Ensuring governance standards, processes and controls are consistently applied.
• Identifying and flagging gaps in governance, reporting or project controls.
• Monitoring adherence to agreed standards across the delivery function.
• Maintaining project and PMO artefacts, including plans, RAID logs and reporting.
• Coordinating meetings and governance forums, capturing actions and following up to completion.
• Ensuring actions are tracked and completed on time.
• Supporting planning, resource tracking and financial tracking where required.
• Supporting readiness for key phases such as testing and go-live.

• Experience supporting IT or digital projects in a coordination or PMO role.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across projects.
• Experience working with stakeholders across business and IT.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, structured information.
• Confidence to challenge and follow up where standards are not met.
