** The Role
** We’re looking for an
** experienced Project Manager
** to lead delivery of complex IT and digital change across the Group.

This is a senior delivery role, focused on running projects end-to-end, from shaping scope and plans through to delivery, go-live and adoption. The work includes involvement in ERP transformation (including
** SAP S/4

HANA**), alongside wider business and IT initiatives.

You will work across business and technology teams, managing stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams to ensure projects are structured, controlled and delivered to a high standard.
** What you’ll be doing
*** Leading delivery of complex IT and digital projects or major work streams
* Owning scope, plans, timelines and delivery outcomes
* Managing stakeholders across business and IT
* Driving alignment across functions and resolving issues and dependencies
* Leading structured workshops to define requirements, shape solutions and drive decisions
* Managing suppliers and delivery partners, including system integrators
* Overseeing delivery through all phases (design, build, testing, go-live)
* Managing risks, issues and delivery challenges proactively
* Providing clear reporting and driving timely decisions
* Ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes
** What we’re looking for
*** Strong experience delivering IT or digital projects in complex environments
* Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery and take ownership of outcomes
* Experience working across business and IT in multi-stakeholder environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience managing suppliers or delivery partners
* Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex or unclear situations
* Comfortable working at pace and driving delivery forward
