Our Systems & Solutions Domain is evolving rapidly, and your cloud skills could be the key to our next breakthrough.

• Practical experience designing, building, supporting, or improving data solutions on the Azure Cloud platform.
• Minimum two years hands‑on experience working with Azure Databricks.
• Experience building, maintaining, and optimising Azure Data Factory pipelines, or comparable cloud‑based ETL solutions.
• Expert SQL skills for data manipulation, analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in developing data solutions using Python skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Git Hub, including branching, pull requests, merge strategies, code maintenance, security scanning and version control.
• Experience writing unit tests and integrating automating testing into build and deployment processes.

• Demonstrates integrity, self‑motivation, curiosity, and a commitment to personal and professional development.
• Collaborates effectively across disciplines, communicating clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Takes ownership of delivery outcomes, contributing to code reviews, peer reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Writes clean, efficient, and maintainable code, with strong awareness of performance, security, resilience, scalability, and operational supportability.
• Champions best practice, shares knowledge, supports team capability growth, and applies emerging tools and techniques where they deliver practical value.

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating within cross‑functional teams, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence to support planning, delivery, and knowledge sharing.
• A delivery assurance mindset, with the ability to build trust and confidence through clear governance, evidence‑based decision‑making, and proactive stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding of data modelling concepts, including logical and physical models, data lineage, and data quality considerations.
