Besque is seeking a CRO/UX Manager in Leeds to drive conversion across landing pages, product pages and checkout, with AI woven into every step from research to test variant development. You'll own the on-site funnel and collaborate with growth, design and engineering to ship fast.
You should have a proven CRO track record at a high-growth DTC brand, be fluent with A/B testing tools, analytics platforms, and Shopify, and apply a data-driven, test-oriented approach to reduce friction.
