Identity Management Consultant

We're looking for an experienced Senior IAM Developer with One Identity experience to join a Cyber Security team responsible for delivering and enhancing enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions.

This role will focus on the development, integration and ongoing support of One Identity Manager
, ensuring secure and compliant management of user identities, access and permissions across the business.

• Design, develop and maintain IAM solutions within One Identity Manager
  .
• Build and support integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems and business applications.
• Develop custom workflows, scripts, connectors and automation processes.
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting and platform upgrades.
• Ensure IAM solutions align with security, governance and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, support audits and contribute to IAM best practices.

• Strong experience with One Identity Manager and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts, identity lifecycle management and access governance.
• Experience with authentication technologies including LDAP, SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect
  .
• Strong scripting skills in Power Shell, T-SQL and/or Bash
  .
• Experience working with REST, SOAP or GraphQL APIs
  .
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD and cloud identity services.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO
  27001 or CIS Controls
  .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
