This is a permanent SAP Principal Consultant – Data role based initially in Bradford, moving to Leeds Valley Park in summer 2026. The role is part of the IT team with 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What you’ll do
  • Partner with functional and technical consultants to embed robust data governance principles across a complex SAP landscape.
  • Lead data‑focused work streams across multiple projects, taking ownership of the end‑to‑end design, build and execution of data migration activities.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide expert guidance and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Apply deep expertise across SAP S/4

    HANA and SAP Cloud solutions, including Success Factors, Concur and Ariba, with a strong understanding of data models, master data and end‑to‑end transactional processes.
  • Champion data quality, integrity and compliance by promoting best practice in data governance, data protection and information management.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of data migration tools and methodologies such as SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, LSMW or third‑party ETL tools.
  • Solid grounding in data architecture, data modelling, data cleansing and data integration patterns.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cutover activities from a data perspective, ensuring minimal disruption and successful migration.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, Datasphere or cloud‑based data platforms.
