HCLTech in Leeds is seeking an IT Support specialist for a fixed-term contract. You will provide deskside and OSS/FSO support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices, ensuring high customer satisfaction with strong communication in the local language.
You’ll handle hardware/software troubleshooting, OS imaging, and remote/onsite services, while meeting SLAs. A 4+ year track record and solid Windows 10/11 experience are required.
