As a Senior Business Analyst in the Delivery team, you will play a key role in shaping how external partner systems connect to the Bango platform.

This is a customer-facing technical role. You will work directly with external partners, engineers, and internal teams to understand system behaviour, define how integrations should work, and ensure solutions are delivered accurately. In addition to delivering high-quality analysis and design, you will shape delivery outcomes by guiding decisions, managing complexity, and bringing clarity to ambiguous scenarios.

Bango operates at the centre of a complex ecosystem of global merchants, payment providers, and mobile network operators. Each integration connects multiple systems with different behaviours, constraints, and expectations. At this level, you are expected to actively manage that complexity, ensuring decisions are made early, trade-offs are clear, and delivery remains aligned.

Your role is to turn complexity into clear, deliverable solutions and to influence how integrations are approached within delivery. You will ensure alignment across stakeholders and drive consistent, high-quality outcomes across projects.

You will work across both direct and adapted connections. In direct scenarios, you will guide external partners on how to connect using existing platform capabilities, becoming an expert and advocate of best practices for the Bango DVM onboarding. In adapted scenarios, you will work closely with Engineering to define how solutions should be implemented, shaping the approach where required.

This role is suited to someone who is comfortable working with APIs, system integrations, and external technical stakeholders. You will need to build strong relationships with external partners, apply sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and guide discussions and decisions toward practical, high-quality outcomes.

You will also support and guide other Business Analysts, helping to improve the quality and consistency of delivery across the team.

• Work directly with external partners to understand their systems and guide them through integration requirements, including in complex or high-impact scenarios
• Analyse system behaviour and data flows to build a clear and accurate understanding, identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies early
• Define how integrations will work in practice, shaping decisions and clearly articulating trade-offs where needed
• Produce clear, structured solution designs that account for complexity, dependencies, and edge cases
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, and other internal teams to ensure solutions are built, tested, and delivered correctly
• Configure and test integrations where required, ensuring solutions are validated and ready for production
• Ensure solutions are robust, supportable in production, and aligned with monitoring and operational requirements
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early, bring clarity to ambiguous or incomplete requirements, and drive resolution
• Influence delivery outcomes within projects by guiding discussions, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring decisions are made early and clearly
• Support and guide other Business Analysts, sharing knowledge and reinforcing strong practices

• Experience working as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar technical role, with experience across complex integration scenarios
• Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and system integration concepts, including experience using tools such as Postman
