As our Senior Solution Architect – AI & Automation, you’ll define, design and guide the delivery of cutting-edge AI and automation solutions across the organisation. You won’t just design systems – you’ll shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and set the architectural direction for intelligent automation at scale.

• Lead the end-to-end architecture of AI, Generative AI and intelligent automation solutions across enterprise platforms
• Define and evolve architecture standards, principles and governance aligned to long-term strategy
• Partner with business leaders and product teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions
• Design integrated, cloud-native architectures that are secure, resilient and future-ready
• Guide delivery teams to ensure solutions are built right the first time – balancing innovation, risk and speed
• Influence the technology roadmap, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging AI capabilities
• Mentor and elevate other architects, helping grow capability across the function

We’re looking for a senior, credible architect who combines deep technical expertise with real business influence.

• Proven experience architecting AI / Generative AI and automation solutions at enterprise scale
• Strong background across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and modern architecture patterns
• Deep knowledge of integration (APIs, microservices, messaging) and distributed systems
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and low-code automation ecosystems
• Solid understanding of ML, GenAI, MLOps and Dev Ops practices
• A track record of influencing stakeholders and shaping technical strategy in complex environments
• The ability to simplify the complex and communicate with impact at every level
