Leadthedesignandarchitectureofscalable,secure,andhigh-performancedatasolutionsusing
Databricks

Plan,lead,and execute
end-to-endSAPHANAto Databricksmigrationprojects .
Collaboratewithbusinessandtechnicalteamstogatherrequirementsandtranslatethemintodataarchitecturestrategies.
Optimizedatapipelines,implementbestpracticesindatamodeling,andensuredataqualityandgovernance.
Drivearchitecturaldecisionsandmentorjuniorteammembers.

Required Skills&

Experience:

10+years
ofexperienceindataarchitectureandenterprisedatasolutions.
Strongexpertisein
Databricks(Delta Lake,Spark,MLflow,Unity Catalog,etc.).
Provenexperiencein
migratingSAPHANAdatato Databricks –including planning,execution,and validation.
Hands-onexperiencewithcloudplatformssuchas
Azure,AWS,orGCP
(Azurepreferred).
Strongknowledgeofdatamodeling,ETL/ELTpipelines,andmoderndatawarehouse/lakehousearchitectures.
Solidunderstandingofperformancetuning,security,anddatagovernancepractices.
Excellentcommunicationandstakeholderengagementskills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification sin Databricksorrelevantcloudplatforms(e.g.,
Databricks Certified Data Engineer ).
Experiencewithtoolslike
dbt,Apache Airflow
,orotherorchestrationframeworks.
Backgroundinworkingwithinregulatedindustriesorlarge-scaleenterpriseenvironments.
