Senior Data Analyst – FTC

Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful Power BI solutions by wire framing dashboards with stakeholders
• Develop intuitive reports, optimizing DAX and semantic models
• Champion data visualisation best practice
• Analyse and validate data to ensure reporting accuracy
• Uncover trends and insights, providing meaningful, actionable intelligence
• Turn data into compelling stories, collaborating with stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and governance through robust documentation

• Demonstrable experience building high-quality, user-focused Power BI reports and dashboards
• DAX skills and an understanding of semantic model design
• Experience with Databricks, Workday, or Service Now is advantageous
• Confident interrogating data, challenging assumptions, identifying insights
• Ensuring conclusions are accurate and meaningful before presenting findings
• Passionate about creating intuitive, accessible dashboards
• Translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives
• Enthusiastic about leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies
